Plant the Piece is a symbolic seed-bomb production project. Two types of seed bombs are prepared from clay, compost, and seeds: moulded pistol-shaped bombs, and standard hand-rolled ball-bombs that are sold in packages. Seed bombs are designed to sustain the seeds, like the yolk of an egg, until they can interact with the environment. This allows seed bombs to be thrown into concrete lots, transforming even dirt-free spaces into gardens.
