Interactive Urban Planning Game

The location and design of our houses, streets, parks, stores and cities have a profound effect on our daily lives. As the earth gets hotter, the placement and design of these urban building blocks will play an even more important role in solving this problem. Place It! is an urban planning game that every one can play to solve the largest to the smallest urban problems using recycled household objects. Through a one hour workshop participants use their creative thinking and recycled materials to design a solve to problem that they later share with the group. This exercise develops people’s critical thinking skills about the environment around them, thus creating a new generation of citizens who made well informed urban planning decisions.
