At the entrance to our city there is a parking lot. Posted signs read "No Parking: Permit Required." This band offers an alternative way to enter the city. Poised at this lot, the band creates a ceremonial gateway. Dressed in uniforms studiously voiding sports or local rivalries, the band plays jubilant brass to welcome visitors an commuters.
