This installation fits well into the post industrial athmosphere of the danube canal in Vienna between containers without fonction, graffitis, and a patchwork of different old urban furnitures.
These modified, recycled trashbins are now transmitting another image and are proposing new functions (urban oasis, urban furniture). As pedestrians feel, they can move them around to a sunny place or close to the water, turn them into a circle for a lecture... make them feel free actors of the public space.
