Papergirl is an art project which, in the way of american paperboys, distributes by bicycle rolled art pieces. The basic idea with the project is to bring art to the public in a different way from normal; to surprise people and bring them into contact with art in their everyday life. And last but not least, to have fun together as a group making unexpected presents.
The project has been carried out three times since 2006, grows every year with artists from europe and all over the world. In July 2008, for example, 77 artists from 9 different countries took part in it.
