La firme de design graphique Novak fut inspirée à passer à l’action par leur propre travail sur le catalogue Actions : porter le design graphique à l’extérieur.
Ils ont conçu la couverture-emballage du catalogue Actions à partir d’une affiche. Une fois dépliée, les lettres déformées de cette affiche peuvent être découpées et agencées afin de former le mot « Actions » au croisement du coin extérieur d’un édifice et du sol.
Cette action dans la cour du bureau Novak à Amsterdam est à l’image d’une opération toute simple dans Photoshop.
