This research's purpose is to mark the outdoor outlets in order to ensure the electricity supply to make all of city space into one's personal space. The purpose is to elucidate the potentials of city space, and of course using outdoor outlet without permission is illegal. But, if this turns out to be possible, we can use cell phones, laptop PCs and can cook rice with a rice cooker. As a result of such, our scope of activity will widen dramatically, and a lifestyle which doesn't rely on houses and buildings will be born.
